Panda Retail Company – Savola Group in Jeddah seeks an experienced Senior Commercial Analytics Leader to drive end-to-end planning, budgeting and decision intelligence for the Commercial function. The role shapes AI-enabled insights, governance and analytics adoption across the business.

The candidate will translate market dynamics into granular assumptions, lead supplier-level strategies and manage KPI definitions along with IT/data for secure data access and productionization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years preferred in commercial planning, category/commercial management, revenue growth management, or related field.
• Experience in grocery retail / FMCG / consumer retail is highly preferred.
• Track record influencing senior commercial stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Hands-on BI/analytics exposure; Power BI familiarity strongly preferred.
• Experience adopting emerging digital/AI tools to solve business problems; deep software engineering is not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, monthly plan, end-year estimate and forecast-to-landing navigation logic for Commercial.
• Translate strategy and market dynamics into granular planning assumptions and challenge them with evidence.
• Lead conversion of approved commercial ambition into supplier-level growth, margin and negotiation strategies.
• Reconcile supplier plans back to total sales and margin ambition; quantify contract/term/funding improvements required to close economic gaps.
• Own the monthly Sales Navigation cycle and quarterly/six-month gate reviews, focusing on exceptions, decisions and corrective actions.
• Build the closed-loop plan-versus-actual mechanism with root cause, action, owner, timing and landing impact.
• Own Commercial KPI definitions, Power BI governance and dashboard adoption; shift dashboards from descriptive to actionable.
