Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to identify, evaluate and secure new store locations across targeted regions in Saudi Arabia. You will lead field visits, perform feasibility studies, and coordinate with landlords and developers to support the company's expansion strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, plus 2–4 years of site acquisition or leasing experience.

• Introduce new developers, landlords, and market contacts to expand sourcing channels.

Manage the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of new sites to support the company’s expansion strategy, ensuring commercially viable locations and timely site delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

• Scout and identify new potential store locations across targeted regions through active field visits.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities from field visits, broker networks, and market intelligence.
• Secure high-quality photos and videos during site visits to document the location, environment, and accessibility.
• Provide preliminary site and contact reports to the Acquisition Managers for further commercial evaluation.
• Introduce new developers, landlords, and market contacts to the acquisition team to expand sourcing channels.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Strong knowledge of real estate and commercial leasing.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Real Estate, Leasing, or Property Development.
• Experience in retail site acquisition and location assessment is preferred.
• Proven experience in site negotiations, feasibility studies, due diligence, and landlord management.
