Job summary

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to identify, evaluate and secure new store locations across targeted regions in Saudi Arabia. You will lead field visits, perform feasibility studies, and coordinate with landlords and developers to support the company's expansion strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, plus 2–4 years of site acquisition or leasing experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify new potential store locations across targeted regions through field visits.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities from field visits, broker networks, and market intelligence.
• Secure high-quality photos and videos during site visits to document location, environment, and accessibility.
• Provide preliminary site and contact reports to Acquisition Managers for evaluation.
• Introduce new developers, landlords, and market contacts to expand sourcing channels.
