Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee complex construction programs, coordinating multiple project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, track milestones, prepare reports for senior management, and lead meetings. Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and SAP is preferred. GCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple construction projects.
• Proficient with PM software (MS Project/Primavera P6).
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans and track milestones.
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate resources across departments and liaise with clients and vendors.
• Prepare high-level documents and executive reports for management.
• Schedule meetings and document minutes and actions.
• Monitor budgets, spend, and change requests; enforce quality standards.
