Power International Holding (PIH) in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Planning & Project Controls professional to lead governance, develop integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and start‑up, and drive performance reporting for senior management.

The role focuses on manpower and revenue forecasting, delay analysis, and interface coordination among engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams, with emphasis on SAP integration and ERP data accuracy.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of planning methodologies and project controls frameworks.
Understanding of construction law concepts and change management processes.
In-depth knowledge of building planning, sequencing, and scheduling across E+C+Start-up.
Awareness of safety, quality, and cost integration in planning.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and ERP platforms (SAP).

Responsibilities

Oversee planning staff and ensure consistent application of planning practices.
Develop and maintain integrated schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and start‑up.
Monitor progress, risks, delays, and prepare KPI dashboards for senior management.
Forecast manpower and revenue aligned with schedules and plans.
Provide input on schedule risk, EOT analyses, and contractual impacts.
Review technical documents and planning-related responses for clarity and alignment.
Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams.
Ensure data integrity across planning tools and SAP integration for forecasting.
Align planning activities with HSE, quality, and cost objectives.
