Job summary

ehtConstruction in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to own projects from mobilization to handover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, costs, procurement, and ensure quality and safety in line with Saudi regulations.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering background, 5+ years of Saudi project experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English. PMP certification is preferred and familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, including projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, procurement, contracts, and operations.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Fluency in English; PMP certification preferred.

Job description

ehtConstruction is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a capable leader who can take full ownership of construction projects—from mobilization through final handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor construction progress, cost, quality, and safety performance.
• Identify project risks and delays and implement effective corrective actions.
• Manage variations, claims, subcontractor payments, and project documentation.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide clear, accurate reports to management.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable Saudi regulations.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, including proven experience managing projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, procurement, contracts, and construction operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and project reporting tools is preferred.
• PMP certification
• Fluency in English is required.
