Job summary

Democrance in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive business growth by selling corporate and government training solutions. You will lead the sales team, build new opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of B2B and B2G sales experience, a track record in training or EdTech, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proven CRM usage.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of sales experience in both B2B and B2G environments.
• Proven experience selling training, learning, EdTech, or HR solutions.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop new business opportunities across corporate and government sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
