Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of sales management experience in Managed Services or Outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute a strategic sales plan for Managed Services and Outsourcing offerings.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
• Identify potential clients and develop strong relationships through networking and industry engagement.
• Present managed services solutions tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitability for the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
• Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
