Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking a Manager, Risk & Crisis Communications to strengthen its ability to anticipate, prepare for, and respond to risks and crises across our destinations. You will lead risk assessments, develop crisis playbooks, and coordinate with Risk, Legal, Operations and Corporate Affairs to protect and enhance RSG’s reputation.

You will also embed best practice crisis preparedness, manage high-stakes communications, and deliver engaging messaging for internal and external audiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Linguistic, Translation, Journalist, or relevant field.
• Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic with experience for executives.
• Experience in risk, crisis communications or corporate affairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing risk assessments across projects and monitor geopolitical, environmental, and reputational risks.
• Develop crisis communications playbooks and escalation processes.
• Coordinate cross‑departmentally to align crisis response with brand values.
• Manage end‑to‑end risk and crisis communication projects and timelines.
• Track KPIs and report insights to senior leadership.
• Draft internal updates and leadership talking points for high‑stakes interactions.
• Benchmark against best practices to keep RSG at the forefront.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards for crisis communications.
