Red Sea Global seeks a Digital Marketing Associate Director to lead and optimize corporate and destination digital channels, develop engaging content, and run successful campaigns across social, website, and display media. You will collaborate with PR, Marketing, Events, Trade and Smart Destination teams to ensure messaging, branding and audience targeting support our objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience in a similar role with at least 4 years in a managerial position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns for RSG and the destination brand across social media, display, SEM and remarketing.
• Collaborate with media agencies to create timely, measured plans aligned to KPIs.
• Analyze digital performance and report ROI, audiences, and engagement metrics.
• Oversee social channels, content creation and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Lead, coach and develop the Digital Marketing team to meet objectives.
