Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Rail Systems Engineer in Riyadh to lead multi-disciplinary railway projects and ensure delivery of complex technical work on-site. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 18 years of progressive rail systems experience, with deep RAMS, interface management, and standards knowledge across Signalling, Telecom, SCADA, AFC and PSD systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) required.
Minimum 18 years of progressive rail systems engineering experience.
Expertise in railway systems including Signalling, Telecom, SCADA, AFC, PSD.
Comprehensive knowledge of EN50126, EN50128, and EN50129 standards and major rail projects.

Responsibilities

Interprets, organizes, executes and coordinates technical assignments for a group or department.
Manages a multidisciplinary engineering team and coordination with internal/external units.
Acts independently on technical matters within the rail systems field; extensive experience needed.
Plans and develops engineering tasks for unique problems and innovative concepts.
Maintains liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Supervises engineers/technicians and coordinates unit activities.
