Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in electrical design, development, and project execution.
• Saudi Arabia experience with local electrical codes and regulatory requirements.
• PE license or equivalent certification.
• Advanced proficiency in electrical design software and CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and industrial applications.
• Strong documentation and report writing skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong project management and budget management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform specific and moderate portions of a broader engineering assignment.
• Gather and correlate basic engineering data using defined procedures.
• Work on detailed or routine engineering tasks including calculations and tests.
• Propose approaches to solve new problems using modified procedures.
• Mentor entry-level engineers on concepts and best practices.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, specs, calculations, and test reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, manufacturing, and QA to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Conduct design reviews and QA testing to verify performance and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to drive process improvements.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management.
