Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh is seeking a RAMS Lead to provide technical leadership across RAMS and safety assurance for rail infrastructure and rolling stock projects. You will challenge contractor submissions, lead system safety activities, and develop reliability and availability models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another closely related engineering discipline with at least 15 years of professional RAMS experience.
• Strong capability in quantified reliability and availability analysis rather than only qualitative safety assessment.
• Experience with Reliability Block Diagrams, failure rate calculations, subsystem targets, and availability modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead RAMS assurance activities across complex rail infrastructure and rolling stock systems.
• Review, challenge, and monitor contractor RAMS strategies, analyses, submissions, and deliverables.
• Establish clear reporting on RAMS progress, risks, and actions.
• Coordinate RAMS workload and allocate technical responsibilities across the project team.
• Develop reliability requirements and quantified targets for systems and subsystems.
