Job summary

DowMartin Ltd in Dammam, Saudi Arabia seeks a commercially minded Proposal Specialist to manage tenders, proposals, bids and commercial submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work closely with Business Development, Sales, Operations, Technical and Commercial teams to craft high-quality proposals that address client requirements and maximise the company’s chances of winning new business, with a strong grasp of the Saudi tendering environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing proposals, tenders or bids for clients.
• Strong understanding of Saudi tendering environment and processes.
• Ability to interpret RFQs, RFPs and associated documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tenders, proposals, bids and commercial submissions to quality and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Operations, Technical and Commercial teams to tailor proposals.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, competitive and professionally presented for clients.
