Job summary

You will support procurement strategies, apply policies, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage the full lifecycle, track changes, and collaborate with departments to align procurement with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a procurement specialist.
• Certified Procurement Manager (CPM) and related certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of procurement strategies and plans.
• Apply procurement policies and procedures in daily operations.
• Monitor procurement budgets and flag deviations to stay within approved limits.
• Conduct vendor evaluations, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Support end-to-end procurement from sourcing to delivery and inventory coordination.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement supports organizational goals.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
• Perform side-by-side comparative analysis of quotations.
