Job summary

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Executive - Projects to drive B2B decorative product sales in Riyadh’s central area. You will support the sales manager, manage product opportunities, and nurture relationships with project stakeholders to hit STP targets.

Based in Riyadh, you will oversee all projects in the territory, report to the Area Sales Manager – Project, and utilize Jotun’s CRM tools to optimize top-line growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project sales and business development.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell decorative products to construction projects within the territory.
• Map projects and identify opportunities before tender/specification stages.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline in CRM and forecast accurately.
• Monitor projects from award through execution to defend scope against competition.
• Develop contractors’ teams and engage stakeholders (Contractors, Clients, Consultants & Architects).
• Read project documents to recommend products and prepare quotations.
