Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Programme Director or senior leadership role on major development programmes.
• Extensive background in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic interface between the client executive leadership and project stakeholders.
• Lead high-level programme governance, reporting and performance oversight.
• Provide executive-level insights on programme progress, risks, opportunities, and critical decisions.
