This position is less focused on day-to-day operational delivery and more centered on strong driving alignment, visibility, governance and informed decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic interface between the client executive leadership and project stakeholders.
• Lead high-level programme governance, reporting and performance oversight.
• Provide executive-level insights on programme progress, risks, opportunities and critical decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client representatives and key stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between programme objectives, delivery strategy and business priorities.
• Drive strategic communication across multidisciplinary teams and leadership groups.
• Support executive decision-making through accurate and timely reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Manager or Architecture. Master s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in programme and project management within the hospitality sector.
• Proven experience as a Programme Director or senior leadership role on major development programmes.
• Extensive background in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably PIF-backed projects.
• Strong experience in client management, strategic reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Exposure to PMC, developer, or client-side environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within complex, high-profile project environments.
