Job summary

JASARA PMC invites expressions of interest for a strategic Programme Director to lead large-scale oil and gas programmes in Saudi Arabia. The role requires overseeing planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will drive performance across projects, manage diverse teams, and engage with clients, authorities, and industry partners to maximize value and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Professional membership is a must - PMI, RICS, ICE, etc.
• At least 20 years in oil and gas with significant programme/project management
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia
• International PMC or EPC contractor experience
• Experience in EPC/LSTK contracts
• Proven track record managing large-scale oil and gas programmes
• Deep understanding of industrial project operations and lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the overall programme strategy for large-scale industrial projects.
• Manage multiple project teams, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align goals.
• Implement programme-level risk management strategies and address issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards for oil and gas operations.
• Prepare and present programme updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Engage with industry partners and government authorities to foster relationships.
• Continuously evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
