Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or design fields as listed.
• Minimum 15 years of post-undergraduate or post-graduate professional experience.
• Minimum 15 years in a managerial/supervisory setting.
• Registration as a Specialist Designer (PE) or ICE Chartered Engineer status.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate tasks of all team members in Jazan.
• Lead and evaluate performance of supervisors and staff.
• Prepare and present program status to client representatives.
• Ensure program management services exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate with procurement for subcontractor/supplier acquisitions.
• Assist PM in achieving goals and deadlines across departments.
• Support budget preparation and policy updates as needed.
