Job summary

AimGulf is seeking a Production Planner to translate business supply needs into actionable production schedules and to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will optimize inventory, shorten lead times, and lead ERP system enhancements to ensure efficient plant operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing or related fields, with strong MRP planning experience (Oracle ASCP or SAP APO) and BOM management skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in manufacturing or related field.
• MRP planning with complex BOMs (thousands of parts).
• Experience in CNC, Fabrication, Assembly, and Testing environments.
• Experience in ETO/MTO settings.
• Familiar with Oracle ASCP and SAP APO.

Responsibilities

• Enter Build Plan(s) into ERP and manage Planning BOMs and resources.
• Convert MRP suggested requirements into purchase requisitions and manufacturing orders.
• Review MRP messages, resolve conflicts, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Attend production meetings to monitor scheduling and ETA.
• Communicate material availability or risks to production teams.
• Maintain ERP master data and ensure timely transactions.
• Meet urgent deadlines by reprioritizing planning activities and inventory checks.
• Represent the organization in a professional manner and follow company policies.
