Job summary

Almarai is seeking a stock planning specialist to plan and control stock levels for packaging and ingredients within the CPP and CHP manufacturing environment. You will use SAP for requisitions and analyze service levels, working capital budgets, lead times, and storage capacity to maintain optimal inventories.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, at least 1 year in project management, strong numerical and analytical skills, high Excel proficiency, and fluent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Project Management.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High Excel proficiency.
• English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP to ensure packaging and ingredient inventories remain at agreed stock levels.
• Coordinate closely with Operations Purchasing to address supply issues and mitigate any impact on material requirements planning.
• Control Working Capital within budget by maintaining optimal stock levels through detailed demand planning and regular stock reviews.
• Schedule deliveries from local suppliers, considering warehouse capacity and space constraints.
• Optimize production utilization by ensuring 100% efficiency of the Blow & Injection Molding facility.
• Develop material and ingredient run-out plans to effectively manage and minimize obsolete inventory.
