Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution.
Proficiency with planning and project management software.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for big data analysis.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline.
Serves as best practice/quality resource.
Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
Optimize inventory and process improvements.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Gas Turbine and Accessory Modules Assembly.
Use prior experience and analytics to execute production strategy.
Provide informal guidance to new team members.
