Job summary

3 Point Hrm is seeking a detail-oriented supply planning professional to support pharma operations. The role involves calculating requirements, updating rolling plans, and coordinating with suppliers and CMOs to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in supply planning or related fields, a Bachelor's degree in pharma/science/commerce/engineering, and strong Excel skills with ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in supply planning or supply chain operations; pharma preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in pharma, science, commerce or engineering; MBA not required.
• Strong Excel skills with lookups and pivots; working ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Net requirement runs and rolling plan upkeep.
• Run requirement calculations in ERP Excel against stock open orders and BOM; reconcile for manager review.
• Maintain the 3-month rolling supply plan; log changes and share updates each cycle.
• Supply follow-up; chase suppliers and CMOs for confirmations, dispatch and delivery updates.
• Track packing plans against actuals and report variances with reasons.
• Monitor stock expiry and flag actions for near-expiry items to the manager.
• Keep master data accurate; maintain lead times, BOM and MOQ in ERP.
• Prepare weekly OTIF and plan reports; support dashboard and automation data needs.
