Responsibilities

• Fulfills inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget
• Ensures all information needed to issue inquiries is available
• Checks purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and reports issues
• Conducts negotiations with vendors
• Prepares purchase order documents timely and checks for quality
• Contributes to recovery of amounts with important clients via back-charges notified to vendors
