Job summary

TechnipFMC plc is seeking a procurement professional in Saudi Arabia to execute efficient purchasing strategies for assigned components, ensuring timely delivery of quality goods and services.

You will negotiate with vendors, prepare purchase orders, and maintain documentation within budget, contributing to value recovery and project success in a global energy leader.

This role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma and a results-driven mindset, with exposure to supply chain concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in procurement processes and purchasing activities is desirable.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget
• Ensures all information needed to issue inquiries is available
• Checks purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and reports issues
• Conducts negotiations with vendors
• Prepares purchase order documents timely and checks for quality
• Contributes to recovery of amounts with important clients via back-charges notified to vendors

Executes procurement strategies for assigned components (goods / services), to ensure that quality, cost effective products are delivered in a timely manner

• Fulfills inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget

• Checks purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager
• Conducts all negotiations with vendor
• Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality
• Contributes to recovery of amounts with important clients relevant to back-charges already notified to the vendors
