Job summary

TechnipFMC is seeking a procurement professional to execute strategies for assigned components, ensuring quality and cost-effective products are delivered on time. You will fulfill inquiries, manage purchasing activities within budget, and coordinate documentation to issue RFQs and POs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, with a proactive mindset, strong vendor negotiation skills, and the ability to work across project teams in a global energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfils inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget
• Makes sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available
• Checks purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager
• Conducts all negotiations with vendor
• Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality
• Contributes to recovery of amounts with important clients related to back-charges already notified to vendors

Education
