Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Precinct Development to lead end-to-end development for a major urban core mixed-use precinct in the GCC. You will own strategy, governance, investment readiness and delivery integration to create vibrant, economically sustainable destinations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major mixed-use, multi-asset developments.
• Strong background in development strategy, feasibility, investment planning, and delivery.
• Proven client-side leadership of multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects in GCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation and operational readiness.
• Drive development decisions that optimize long-term asset value, commercial performance and placemaking outcomes.
