Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager - Precinct Development to lead end-to-end development for a major urban core precinct, spanning public realm, retail, office, and destination assets. You will shape strategy, governance, and delivery while balancing commercial and placemaking goals.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in complex multi-asset developments, with strong client-side leadership and GCC market experience, ideally including giga-project exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of development experience in multi-asset projects.
• Minimum 3 years leading major integrated mixed-use developments.
• Client-side experience managing large-scale developments.
• Experience with GCC giga-projects or sovereign entities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale precinct.
• Accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Establish development objectives aligned with Urban Core and company goals.
• Direct activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and readiness.
• Drive decisions to optimise long-term asset value and placemaking outcomes.
