Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager - Precinct Development to lead end-to-end development leadership for a major urban core mixed-use precinct. You will balance commercial outcomes with vibrant urban experiences, ensuring placemaking, community engagement, and long-term asset performance.

You will guide strategy, feasibility, investment planning, governance, and stakeholder management while coordinating cross-disciplinary teams and aligning with regional giga-projects in the GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• Master’s degree preferred; MBA/MSc highly desirable.
• 10+ years of development experience with 3+ years leading major integrated mixed-use projects.

The Senior Manager - Precinct Development will help lead the end-to-end development leadership of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct comprising public realm public spaces retail food amp beverage commercial office lifestyle civic mobility and destination assets The role will help lead development strategy business planning design governance commercial structuring stakeholder management investment readiness and delivery integration to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial operational placemaking and long-term value creation objectives The role requires an experienced development professional capable of balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional urban experiences creating vibrant activated destinations that support economic growth community engagement and long-term asset performance

Key Responsibilities

• Help lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct

Education

Experience

• 10+ years of development experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading major integrated mixed-use developments.
• Proven client-side experience managing large-scale multi-asset developments.
• Strong background in development strategy, feasibility, investment planning, and precinct delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant and project teams.
• Significant exposure to large-scale developments in the GCC preferred.
• Experience with giga-projects, sovereign development entities, or master developers highly desirable.
