Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Precinct Development to lead end-to-end development of a major urban core, a mixed-use precinct featuring public realm, retail, office, lifestyle, and mobility assets.

As precinct owner, you will shape strategy, business planning, design governance, and delivery integration to align with commercial and placemaking objectives, driving stakeholder alignment and investment readiness across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.
Master's Degree preferred.
MBA, MSc Real Estate Development, Urban Development, or equivalent highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
Accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organisational goals.
Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
Drive development decisions that optimise long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.
