Lighthouse Green Fuels Limited is seeking a senior PMO/Portfolio Manager to oversee the project portfolio within the Support Services Division in Riyadh. You will ensure governance, alignment with business objectives, and successful project delivery across multiple initiatives.

You will lead the PMO, establish standards and templates, and monitor performance, risks, and budgets. The role requires 6–10 years of experience in PMO or portfolio management and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• 6 to 10 years of work experience.
• Proven PMO governance and portfolio management capabilities.
• Experience with project cost management and risk management.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the assigned portfolio of projects and monitor overall performance.
• Establish and maintain PMO governance, methodologies, standards, and templates.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, and overall health; guide PMs.
• Consolidate project information into portfolio reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Monitor resource allocation, vendor performance, and support project initiation and planning.
