Job summary

Kafaat Business Solutions in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Consultant to design and deliver Enterprise Performance Management programs, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, Information Systems, CS or related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management, strategy, transformation or consulting.
• Strong hands-on KPI development, reporting, analytics, forecasting, and benchmarking.
• Experience in strategy execution, initiative monitoring, and value realization.
• Exposure to EPM systems, digital transformation, automation, AI or advanced analytics is advantageous.
• Stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Consulting, government or large enterprise experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support design and enhancement of Enterprise Performance Management frameworks.
• Assist KPI definitions, scorecards, governance, and performance methodologies.
• Develop KPI definitions, scorecards, governance frameworks, and documentation.
• Conduct performance analysis, forecasting, benchmarking, and KPI deep dives.
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
• Support strategic initiative monitoring, milestone tracking, risk management, and value realization.
• Analyze performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop governance manuals, guidelines and related documentation.
• Create training materials, user guides and knowledge transfer docs.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across business units.
• Deliver high-quality workstreams and support project delivery.
