Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, Information Systems, CS or related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management, strategy, transformation or consulting.
• Strong hands-on KPI development, reporting, analytics, forecasting, and benchmarking.
• Experience in strategy execution, initiative monitoring, and value realization.
• Exposure to EPM systems, digital transformation, automation, AI or advanced analytics is advantageous.
• Stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Consulting, government or large enterprise experience is highly desirable.

Job Purpose:

The Senior Consultant will support the design and delivery of Enterprise Performance Management initiatives across KPI frameworks, performance analytics, strategic initiative monitoring, executive reporting, and performance improvement.

The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and hands‑on delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and enhancement of Enterprise Performance Management frameworks.
• Support the design and refinement of enterprise, group‑level, and functional KPIs.
• Develop KPI definitions, scorecards, governance frameworks, performance methodologies, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct performance analysis, forecasting, benchmarking, KPI deep dives, and performance assessments.
• Prepare executive‑level dashboards, reports, presentations, and actionable performance insights.
• Support strategic initiative monitoring, milestone tracking, risk management, and value realization.
• Analyze performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development of performance governance manuals, guidelines, and related documentation.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge‑transfer documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and support stakeholder engagement across business units.
• Deliver high‑quality workstreams and support Managers in overall project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Performance Management, Corporate Performance, Strategy, Transformation, Performance Excellence, or Management Consulting.
• Strong hands‑on experience in KPI development, performance reporting, analytics, forecasting, and benchmarking.
• Experience in strategy execution, strategic initiative monitoring, and value realization.
• Exposure to EPM systems, digital transformation, automation, AI, or advanced analytics is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, and executive presentation skills.
• Consulting, government, or large enterprise experience is highly desirable.
