Job summary

Tanmiah | تنمية is seeking a results-driven analyst to join our performance management team in Riyadh. You will lead the preparation, updating and implementation of sector and departmental scorecards, aligning them with the strategic plan.

Responsibilities include reviewing development program performance analyses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented, and submitting periodic reports on progress toward strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or any related field.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, updating and implementing sector and departmental scorecards, their objectives and performance indicators in all departments to ensure the implementation of the strategic plan.
• Review and approve development program performance analyses and results against established plans to ensure corrective actions (if any) are implemented and performance is effectively tracked and measured.
• Submitting periodic performance reports on progress toward achieving strategic objectives while recommending corrective actions.
