alfanar is seeking a leader to head the Strategy Management Office (SMO) in Riyadh, aligning strategic plans with operational execution and ensuring governance, reporting, and performance management across departments. The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to deliver tangible business results.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
6–10 years of work experience in strategy or related roles.
Experience leading Strategy Management Office and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead SMO to develop and monitor the strategic plan and ensure alignment with objectives.
Design performance management frameworks (KPIs, Balanced Scorecard).
Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards on strategic progress.
Oversee project portfolio alignment with corporate priorities.
Engage stakeholders and communicate strategic goals across units.
Drive continuous improvement and standardized governance.
Ensure budgets and resources align with plans.
