Job summary

Sarj is seeking a Partnership Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships in Saudi Arabia. You will be the main contact for partners, coordinating with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver on commitments and identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, native Arabic with a Saudi dialect, and professional English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Native Arabic speaker with Saudi dialect and professional English.
Strong sales, relationship-management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships, acting as the main point of contact and driving partner engagement.
Oversee multiple partnership initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholders stay aligned.
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and deepen collaboration.
Represent Sarj professionally to partners and external stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver on partnership commitments.
Track partnership performance, maintain accurate records, and report on progress and outcomes.
Bring structure and discipline to partnership management through clear processes, ownership, and follow-through.
