Job summary

Maaden, based in Riyadh, seeks a senior business partner to drive alignment across Gold and Base Metal operations. You will translate domain priorities into actionable initiatives, align KPIs with value targets, and ensure consistency with risk and performance drivers across the business.

The role requires deep experience in mining operations, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within a domain-driven framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Operations, or Business.
• Experience leading cross-functional or technology-enabled initiatives is preferred.
• Proven ability to operate across multiple business units and specialist teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Gold/Base Metal business alignment across domains and initiatives.
• Represent and collate priorities, KPIs, and value objectives for domain-level initiatives.
• Ensure domain solutions reflect operational realities, risk profiles, and performance drivers.
• Act as the single coordination point between Gold leadership and domain teams.
• Partner with Domain Integrators and Chief Specialists to shape value-driven solutions.
• Govern KPIs, value targets, and investment priorities for the BMNM Domain Mission.
