Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience as a CFO/Finance Director or Board Advisor.
• Proven ability to provide financial and strategic guidance at board/shareholder level.
• Expertise across financial management, corporate finance, governance, planning, controls, and risk management.
• Experience supporting growth, transformation, restructuring, or expansion.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice to the Board and senior leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and management reporting.
• Strengthen governance, financial controls, risk management and reporting frameworks.
• Advise on capital structure, funding requirements and financing strategies.
• Support investment evaluations, due diligence and M&A opportunities.
• Ensure finance provides timely, decision-oriented information to the Board.
