Cloud Software Group seeks a strategic Presales Engineer/Solution Architect (NetScaler Specialist) in the Middle East. You will lead technical discovery, craft high‑level architectures, and deliver PoCs for enterprise application delivery, security, and remote access topologies.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in presales or solution architecture, with deep NetScaler/ADC expertise, exposure to F5 or similar platforms, and strong communication to CIOs/CISOs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical presales, systems engineering, or solution architecture.
• Proven ability to design enterprise application delivery and security topologies.
• Strong business acumen to align technical solutions with enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and architectural workshops for NetScaler-based designs.
• Develop PoCs and demonstrations to validate performance and features.
• Advise on migration from legacy load balancers to modern ADC platforms.
• Build multi-level trusted relationships with client stakeholders including CIOs & CISOs.
• Prepare authoritative responses for RFPs/RFIs and detailed SoWs.
