Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Maintenance Planner for a premier Oil & Gas project in Saudi Arabia. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and shutdown activities to keep critical equipment reliable.

You will develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with safety standards, using SAP or comparable ERP systems. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus, and rotating shifts including nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• CPSP or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in maintenance and shutdown planning.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP.
• Experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
