Job summary

GE Vernova in Saudi Arabia is seeking a functional leader for manufacturing and materials planning responsible for directing all active associations with customer project management and ensuring alignment with production plans and KPIs.

You will optimize inventory, develop deep knowledge of turbine assembly processes, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver results with high operational judgment and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing & Materials Planning at leadership level.
• Proficiency in Planning and Project Management Software tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex data analysis.
• Legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

Responsibilities

• Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline; serves as best practice/quality resource and contributes to strategy and policy development.
• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
• Optimize inventory and process improvements.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Gas Turbine and Accessory Modules Assembly and execute production strategy.
• Use judgment and propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance; solve straightforward tasks.
• Understand how work integrates with other teams and contribute to the area.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members and hire/develop talent.
