Job summary

GE Vernova in Dammam is seeking a Gas Turbine Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble, disassemble, and inspect turbine components according to engineering drawings, BOMs and quality standards, using precision tools and careful handling of heavy parts.

You will collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors and technicians to ensure correct fit, traceability, and schedule adherence, while maintaining a clean, safe 5S environment and completing required documentation.

Qualifications

• Technical background in mechanical or electrical assembly.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble gas turbine components and modules according to drawings and BOMs.
• Perform mechanical assembly of rotors, casings, combustors, blades and bearings.
• Use micrometers, dial indicators, torque wrenches and gauges to verify tolerances.
• Interpret drawings, BOMs and assembly procedures for correct fit.
• Follow procedures for bolting, torquing, alignment and fit-up.
• Inspect components and document results per quality records.
• Identify, report and help resolve non-conformances or issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures including lifting and rigging of heavy parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S work area and document records.
