Job summary

Talents Sea | تالنتس سي in Riyadh seeks a Senior Legal, Compliance & Governance Manager to oversee legal, regulatory, and corporate governance functions across the organization. You will steer contract management, risk assessment, and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with Saudi laws, industry standards, and internal policies.

You will review complex agreements, coordinate with external counsel, lead governance reporting, and support independent audits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret laws and regulations and provide practical guidance.
• Experience in risk assessment and regulatory compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and contractual advice to management and relevant teams.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, agreements, and service contracts.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and identify risks across the organization.
• Coordinate with external counsel and authorities on regulatory and governance matters.
• Develop and maintain compliance and governance registers and policies.
• Lead internal audits and ensure proper documentation of key governance decisions.
