Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong governance and compliance skills with experience developing policies, frameworks, and board/committee charters.
• Legal and regulatory knowledge, preferably Saudi corporate and commercial law affecting family-owned businesses.
• Analytical and research capabilities to assess governance practices and provide recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for governance documents and client presentations in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary legal teams and maintain discretion and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business, Public Administration, or related field; governance/compliance certifications advantageous.
• Experience in law firms, corporate governance roles, or advisory positions within Saudi or GCC market preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and improvement of governance frameworks for clients.
