Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in recruitment; preferably in multi-industry companies.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and interview techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis.
• Develop annual L&D plans and budgets.
• Design internal training programs and select external providers.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training interventions.
• Maintain training records and KPIs.
• Coordinate with HRDF for training support.

Skills

Strong command of HR systems (e.g., MenaITech, SAP, Oracle)

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Fluency in Arabic and English
