Job summary

Qiddiya in Riyadh is seeking a senior Risk Manager to design and establish a robust risk management framework tailored to large-scale projects, and to implement strategies that identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks across programs.

You will develop and maintain risk registers, provide training to project teams, engage stakeholders, and report findings to senior management, driving governance and proactive risk mitigation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in risk management with at least 5 years in a management role in large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and quantitative risk analysis tools.
• Certifications such as Certified Risk Manager or PMP are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust risk management framework for Qiddiya projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks using formal methods.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and monitor mitigation effectiveness.
• Provide training and guidance on risk processes to project teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed risk management in planning.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.
• Facilitate risk workshops to promote organization-wide risk awareness.
