Job summary

Qiddiya in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Manager to lead project controls and financial governance across major construction programs. You will ensure contract, budget, schedule, risk, and reporting are tightly managed and aligned with strategic objectives.

The role requires 8+ years in project controls or development finance within large developers or PMCs, a Bachelor's degree, and hands-on experience with Primavera P6, Unifier, and SAP project module. PMP/MBA or CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; project tools familiarity essential.
• 8+ years in Project Controls or Development Finance within large construction companies, developers, or PMCs.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract variations, change orders, and extension of time/cost claims with proper evaluation and reporting.
• Oversee budget control and contingencies in line with approved business cases.
• Direct cost monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis with mitigation insights for senior management.
• Ensure data integrity across SAP, Primavera P6, Unifier, BIM and related systems.
• Oversee monthly accrual reviews and financial close activities for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide oversight of schedule changes and integrated cost/schedule impacts.
• Lead risk and opportunity reviews with timely escalation of key exposures.
• Act as liaison between Finance, Commercial, and Project Delivery teams for transparency and alignment.
• Mentor and guide project controls teams toward governance and continuous improvement.
