Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a seasoned Risk Management professional to lead the design and implementation of a robust risk framework for its large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia. You will identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks while developing governance structures to support strategic decisions.

You will lead risk workshops, maintain risk registers, and train project teams on risk processes, collaborating with stakeholders to embed risk awareness across programs and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a management role within large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and quantitative risk analysis tools.
• Proven experience developing and implementing risk management frameworks and governance structures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications such as CRM or PMP are a bonus.

• Facilitate risk workshops and discussions to promote awareness and understanding of risks throughout the organization.
