Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a senior risk management professional to design and implement a comprehensive risk framework for its large-scale projects. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks while maintaining governance across programs.

You will develop risk registers, guide project teams, and deliver reports to senior management, ensuring risk-informed decision making and proactive risk communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and quantitative risk analysis tools.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and governance structures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Certifications (e.g., CRMP, PMP) are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish a robust risk management framework tailored to Qiddiya's projects.
• Implement risk management strategies and tools to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks.
• Develop and maintain risk registers for the projects and monitor mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on risk management processes and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and present risk management reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate risk workshops to promote awareness and understanding of risks throughout the organization.
